Payment methods

I take payments through Paypal, Ko-fi and bank transfers. Other payment options can be suggested.All payments through paypal are done through goods and services ensuring buyer protection. Additional tips can be left through Ko-fi. https://ko-fi.com/miskamoraelAs a European all commission prices are listed in Euro, if the buyer uses another currency, prices are to be converted to their currency. In this case a 200€ commission would not cost $200, but instead $232.88.

Important information - Use

➳ All rights to the art and commissions I create belong exclusively to me. You can neither sell nor exchange the art I have made in any way, physical or digital, unless you have my explicit written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so.This information does not proclaim to custom and adopt designs.
See the end of the TOS to read about commercial use for character designs.➵ I can refuse service to anybody no matter the reason.➳ Do not use the artwork I create for generative AI purposes.➵ If you are going to post a commissioned piece, or just show my art. Always credit me.➳ Do not trace my art. Using my art for inspiration though is fine with me.➵ Do not edit the art I create. If you have commissioned me for said piece, you are free to make colour and filtering changes. You may add text on top of the artwork too.➳ All created and commissioned artwork I create will be posted on social media. Before commissioning me, be fine with your commissioned work being shown by me in their complete and WIP stage. All artwork will be watermarked.

Payment information

➵ Full payment is expected upfront. If I know you or you have commissioned me before, payment at the lineart stage is perfectly fine.➳ 50/50 split payments can be arranged for pieces worth more than 100€.➵ Refunds can not be requested by the customer. If I can not complete the commissions the payer will receive a percentage of the money spent based on the work done, another refund method can be suggested.➳ Payment is expected within 7 days after a commission is agreed upon. I will not start on a commission before receiving payment.

Commission progress

➳ Commissions take normally from 1 week to 2 months.➵ During the progress I will update the buyer weekly.
If I can not work on a commission due to some life occurrence I will inform the commissioner of the duration of leave.➳ If you wish to have a commission completed in a specific timeframe. Give me a reasonable timeframe and inform me straight on.
Rushed work will not add to the payment, but may lower the quality.➵ Provide a clear references.
I won’t work on a commission without any references.With your reference include information about the characters: personality, appearance, objects/weaponry they carry, (optionally backstory) and pose or expression suggestions.For designs explain the basic information of the character: Species, gender, personality, aesthetical style, clothes and colour scheme. You may also provide pose and expression suggestions.

Changes during commission progress

➳ Redraws will only be done once during the thumbnail phase (phase 1).➵ Between sketch phases (phase 1 and 2) I’m open to change character poses, placement and modify the background.➳ After lineart (phase 3) I will no longer agree to changes that are anything other than colour and lighting related.➵ On my part done mistakes can be fixed at any time.➳ I might have to ask for compensation if excessive or big changes to the art piece are requested.

Custom design and Adopt Ownership

➵ Customs and adopts after purchase are completely yours. You are allowed to sell, trade and redesign the characters I create as long as I’m kept credited for the design.➳ Every design I create can be used for commercial purposes.The artwork itself is not to be used for commercial use, expect if given expressed written permission by me.
